Every call answered.
Every caller logged.
Mia 360 is an AI voice assistant that picks up 24/7, answers questions about your business, and asks the right questions to qualify the caller — then hands your team the number, the details, and a written summary of every conversation.
Because a caller with an unanswered question doesn't wait — they call the next business on the list.
Meet Mia. Hear her take a real call. Voice, timing, and how she handles a question she wasn't asked directly.
What Mia does
Five things that happen
the moment your phone rings.
Answers calls instantly
Live-like conversations at any hour. No hold music, no voicemail, no missed opportunity sitting in an inbox until Monday.
Qualifies & captures leads
Asks the questions you'd ask, and documents the answers.
Answers it before they call someone else
Coverage, pricing, hours, what you treat — answered from your own knowledge base, while they're still on the phone with you.
Covers after hours
Professional coverage on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Saves time, wins work
Less front-desk load. Fewer opportunities lost to voicemail.
Why answering matters
The caller who doesn't get
an answer doesn't wait.
Someone calling about coverage, pricing, or whether you treat what they have hasn't chosen you yet — they're comparing. If your line is busy or closed, they don't leave a voicemail and hope. They go back to the search results and call the next business on the list. Whoever answers the question first is usually who they book with.
Without Mia
With Mia
Mia doesn't close the sale at 8:40 PM — she removes the reason to keep shopping. The caller got their answer and a commitment to a callback, so the next number never gets dialed.
Every call, on the record
You'll know who called,
and exactly why.
A missed call tells you nothing. Mia turns every conversation into a record your team can act on the moment they sit down.
- Caller detailsName and number, captured in conversation.
- A written summaryWhat they wanted, in plain language — not a transcript to wade through.
- Call summaryReview notes from the call.
- Time, date, and durationSee when the phone rings and how long people stay on.
New patient. Asked whether you take Sun Life and what a first visit costs. Mia answered both from your knowledge base. Wants a call back before noon tomorrow.
Burst pipe under the kitchen sink, water already shut off at the main. Asked for the earliest morning slot and whether there's an emergency call-out fee.
Asked about couples massage pricing and whether you sell gift cards. Mia quoted your published rates. Looking at the weekend of the 14th.
Slip-and-fall three weeks ago, no representation yet. Asked whether the first consultation is free and how long a claim takes. Mia captured the date and location of the incident.
The phone agent
She picks up the phone.
Every time, at any hour.
On the number your customers already call — no new hardware, no new system to learn.
When she answers
Mia takes the calls your team can't get to — not the ones they can.
- Overflow, when your line is already busy
- After hours, weekends, and holidays
- Lunch breaks and peak-volume mornings
- Any hour you choose — you set the rules
How she sounds
A natural, live-like conversation — not a phone tree and not a recording.
- Answers on the first ring, every time
- Speaks from the knowledge base we build with you
- Asks your intake questions in your order
- Never puts anyone on hold
Built for small and mid-sized businesses
If the phone rings while
you're with a customer, Mia's for you.
Mia learns your services, your prices, and your policies. The script changes by industry — the problem doesn't.
Medical clinics
Answers the coverage question at 9pm, so the caller doesn't ask the clinic down the street instead.
Dental practices
Handles insurance and pricing questions, then logs the caller so your front desk can follow up first thing.
Spas & salons
Quotes treatments and packages, fields gift-card questions, and captures who wants what and when.
Plumbers & trades
Takes the 11pm emergency call, gets the address and the problem, and flags urgency for the morning.
Law firms
"Is the first consultation free?" answered on the first ring — before they call the next firm on the page.
And most service businesses
If your customers call with questions before they buy, Mia can be trained to answer them.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Does Mia book appointments?
No. Mia answers calls, answers questions, and captures caller information — she doesn't write into your calendar or booking system. Every call arrives in your log with the caller's number and a summary, so your team knows exactly who to call back and what they wanted before they dial.
If Mia doesn't book appointments, why does answering in the moment matter?
Because most callers aren't ready to book — they're checking whether you're the right fit. They want to know if you take their insurance, what it costs, whether you handle their problem. If nobody answers, they call the next business and get that answer there. Mia gives them the answer while they're still on your line, then hands your team a caller who has already decided on you.
What does it actually cost per month?
Three monthly line items: $175 for the subscription, $80 for up to 200 voice minutes, and your phone number at $2/mo for a local line or $5/mo for toll-free. There's also a one-time $190 setup fee at the start.
What happens after a call ends?
The call is logged with the caller's name and number, the time, the duration, and a written summary of the conversation.
Do I have to change my phone system?
No. You keep your existing number and provider. During setup we configure overflow and after-hours forwarding with your provider, and purchase a separate local or toll-free number for Mia.
How long until Mia is live?
Setup includes four days of AI training, during which we learn your services, build your knowledge base and intake flows, configure your phone agent, and set up your number with overflow and after-hours forwarding.
What if Mia doesn't know the answer?
She works from the knowledge base we build with you, so she answers what you've told her and captures the question and the caller's details when something falls outside it — rather than guessing.
Is Mia a replacement for my front desk?
No. She covers what a front desk can't: the calls that come in during another call, after close, on weekends, and in the middle of the night. Mia is not a mission-critical service, and support is available the next business day.
What kind of businesses is Mia for?
Small and mid-sized service businesses whose customers call with questions before they buy — medical and dental practices, spas, trades, law firms, and similar. If you can explain your services to a new employee, we can train Mia on them.
